We are pleased to tell you that all are orders are shipping within 1-3 working days of being placed as normal. Our factory has not been affected by the Corona Virus and is running smoothly. However, external logistics and delivery companies around the world have. Once your package ships, depending on it's destination it will possibly hit some delays along the way due to the unprecedented global situation surrounding COVID-19 and the grounding of the majority of aircraft on the world.

Please do not panic. All deliveries will be completed, it just may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding and please be safe during this difficult time.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

*Orders using 'FREE SHIPPING' shipping are mostly going with small packet air mail. It will normally take longer time than the 'Secured & Mapped' shipping to most of the countries. Tracking information at destinations for this freight method may sometimes delay in updates. Please select the 'SECURED & MAPPED SHIPPING' method if you wish to have a express and timely-updated option;

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please Contact Us.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

Duty & Tax are included in all Cavalric orders. We are not responsible for any extra custom fees and charges once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get extra custom fees or charges when they arrive at your country.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For most orders, you will receive one package. However, if you order a variety of different variants, it's possible you will receive more than one package. If this is the case you will be emailed a tracking number for each package. Remember, delivery is always 100% FREE so you'll never be charged extra.
